I am currently only shipping to the UK

I will resume shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand in 2026

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of item:

Custom embroidery orders: Typically dispatched within 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and my current workload.

Ready-made embroidery hoops: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.

If you need your order urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50

International Shipping (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand):

Please note: I do not currently ship to the EU, Northern Ireland, or other regions not listed above, due to the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). These requirements are not cost effective for my small business at this time, but I may review this in the future.

Customs & Import Fees

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges when it arrives in your country. These fees vary depending on your location and order value, and they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Here’s a quick guide:

USA – I will update this with new tariff information in 2026 when I resume shipping to the US. 

Canada – You may be charged GST, duties, or a handling fee

Australia – No extra charges on orders under AUD $1,000

New Zealand – No extra charges on orders under NZD $1,000

If you're unsure, it's a good idea to check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delays, Damaged, or Lost Parcels

Once an order is dispatched, delivery times are out of my control. Delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods or due to customs processing. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding if your parcel takes longer than expected. I also highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping, if it's an option, for peace of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe it may be lost in the post, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help. While I do not accept returns as most items are custom-made, I will always do my best to resolve any issues - whether that’s a remake, replacement, or refund - depending on the circumstances.
