Frequently Asked Questions

I currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Please see my Shipping Policy for more info.

I currently only take on custom / personalised orders for the designs shown in my shop. I don't do fully custom orders (aside from Bespoke Bouquets), at the moment. If this changes I will announce it on my website, social media and mailing list so be sure to follow / subscribe to get notified!

Usually it is 2-4 weeks, sometimes I may increase this depending on my workload at the time but I will always state changes in the descriptions, website banner at the top of the page, or on social media.

Please see my Shipping Policy for all processing times & shipping info.

Keep embroidery in a dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent any colour changes to the hoop, fabric and thread. To remove dust, gently tap the fabric and embroidery with a piece of Sellotape.

There are lots of ways to display an embroidery hoop! You can hang it on a wall with a nail or picture hook; display it on a mini easel, prop it up on a shelf or mantelpiece or hang it up somewhere with string / ribbon. You can even hang small hoops on Christmas trees as ornaments.

I have made stitch guides featuring step-by-step instructions with photos and tips for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced embroiderers - download here to get started. You can also find a lot of other resources and tutorials online in text or video format for different learning styles - feel free to contact me so I can point you in the right direction! I'll be happy to help!

My shop policies are linked at the bottom of every page but I will also list them here:

No. My embroidery hoops are not suitable for young children as the hoops contain wood and metal components. My embroidery is for decorative use only and is not a toy. If you are displaying embroidery in a nursery or kids room, please make sure it is out of reach of children and safely secured in place.
