Refund policy

Returns
Since majority of my products are custom made, I don't accept returns. If you have any issues with your order / product, please contact me at catherinebuggins@gmail.com to discuss options.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Postal delays / lost items
I use Royal Mail to ship all of my orders to UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you suspect your order may be lost in the post, please contact me. I will check when it was posted, any tracking info (if available), current known postal issues (e.g strikes / localised issues) and I will let you know the advised amount of time to wait after the expected arrival date before discussing how to resolve the issue.

Please note: While I understand postal issues can be frustrating, they are out of my control and I will always try to do what I can to help but please be patient and understanding. Thank you!

Remaking your order
If you've contacted me with an issue, I may offer to remake your item, depending on the individual circumstances. All details will be discussed via email.

Refunds
If I have offered you a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved your refund, please contact me at catherinebuggins@gmail.com
